So fancied a crack at this FS lark again so picked myself up one of these. Hadn't really heard of them but saw a couple of reports online and decided to go for something slightly different (and it was only £600 for frame, shock and Cane Creek 40!).

It'll be built up with all the stuff from the Bird Zero (frame will be for sale soon!) and a few new bits. It's nearly done as you can see but just a small issue to overcome with the rear rotor catching the top of the caliper.

I'll post some more pics when it's complete but here's a couple for now.

The Propain Rage used to be a killer DH bike, it's not changed much over the years so probably still rides well but they don't seem to be about in the numbers that they used to. They have a little heritage at least.
Yours looks good, I had no idea they were so cheap!
Needs a dropper

It's a 2015 so was cheap but I think this year's is only around €1200 so not too bad.

Might get a dropper at some point. Never saw the point until I made my first visit to Wales a few months ago.
