Upgrading my 3x8 to a 1x10

I am looking on upgrading my Specialized Pitch Sport 2016 to a 1x10, I am not a fan of the current low end Shimano shifting as I find it very clunky and slow, and I only ever seem to use the middle ring. After doing a fair bit of research I have found these parts (all available in a discounted groupset on ChainReaction), and I'd like to know if I would be spending my money wisely, or if there are better parts available at the price range..

And now some questions:
Is this everything I need to do the conversion?
Will these components be compatible with my bike wheels, frame ect..
Does the tool kit come with all the appropriate parts I need for this conversion?
Any help or insight you can give will be really helpful, thanks.

The spec says 'semi replaceable rings' whatever the heck that means, but if you can replace the rings you don't need a new crankset.
Otherwise, yes, looks like you've got it all covered.Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0 -
Specs seem a bit confused as to whether it's 8 or 9 speed, but I'd be spending money on decent forks first.I don't do smileys.
