Upgrading my 3x8 to a 1x10

I am looking on upgrading my Specialized Pitch Sport 2016 to a 1x10, I am not a fan of the current low end Shimano shifting as I find it very clunky and slow, and I only ever seem to use the middle ring. After doing a fair bit of research I have found these parts (all available in a discounted groupset on ChainReaction), and I'd like to know if I would be spending my money wisely, or if there are better parts available at the price range..

Is this everything I need to do the conversion?

Will these components be compatible with my bike wheels, frame ect..

Does the tool kit come with all the appropriate parts I need for this conversion?

The spec says 'semi replaceable rings' whatever the heck that means, but if you can replace the rings you don't need a new crankset.

Otherwise, yes, looks like you've got it all covered.

Specs seem a bit confused as to whether it's 8 or 9 speed, but I'd be spending money on decent forks first.
