You lazy gits :)

Slept in till 9.00, took stuff to the dump, banked a cheque, went to Waitrose, had coffee and admired the view. Waiting for the female contingent to bog off to Bluewater for shopping while I lounge with the hound.

Decent but shorter than expected ride this morning.

    Hate Asda with a passion...

Curry tonight, then round the village for beers.

Day of jobs. Lacquered the bookcase parts ready to assemble. Spent a few hours prepping old external staircase which needs new treads and a clean up of the hand railing.

No bikes ridden today which was a waste as the weather was perfect for it. :x

Weather is good for a change though a tad chilly.

I got booted and suited (in black).

    Nuff said.

Take care; most people are accidents and life is short and often fragile.

I do - too hot for me and no fun sun dodging. Prefer it like today :)

In the end I got quite a bit of bike fettling and some financial admin done. The shoppers are still shopping (can't take that long to return something  ) and Muttley is being a lazy hound. So not bad till they get back. At least there's cider in the fridge for this evening.

First 5 hours of day spent on beach in 35 degrees: Pescara rocks so much - you all need to go. Seriously contemplating buying a flat there.

Now back at home in the mountains about to have some vino rosso. Ride up local Giro climb :Raiano to Goriano Sicoli - 13% for 15k, so a killer but sort of tradition that it has to be done. The 1988 edition climb is on YouTube but don't worry about it being nearly 20 years: even the haircuts are still the same around here......

Casa Pinno is all calm and toots are very happy having spent 4 hours with very expensive English origin childminder (EOC) who is a long term replacement for Czech origin girl (COG) who's absconded with French bloke to Edinbourg. Hate to say it but EOC is far better than COG but not so easy on the eye. Mind you, it is her job, so she should be.
Later: Fresh whole trout, new potatoes, side salad and a bottle of vin blanc.

@MF - buy it, buy it, buy it. Then we can all rent it off you cheap.

Rent, schment. Leave a few bottles of wine and some nice cheese tucked aside and you can use it. Money is so ugly and talking about it is sooooooooooo working class....

I didn't get your Pm either.

Bagsy MF's new gaff every August. I did get first dibs in but my phone dies before I could submit post.

Great day had by all at Bocketts farm. Sheep stroking, pig racing and panning for gold. I am the Lewis Hamilton of pedal Go Karts.

Winning is about commitment, dedication, focus, determination, skill but mainly, and above all else not been distracted by Seagull or Wifey thing.
