What Bottom bracket do I need?

The Bike is a Kuota Kharma 2011 or 2012. I'm replacing half the parts on the bike and going for a power2max crank PowerMeter see: http://www.power2max.de/europe/Produkt/ ... rettyPhoto
Since my bike is very old I'd like to replace every moving part including the bottom bracket. The power2max comes with its own bottom bracket on request and gives me the choice between BB30, BSA & ITA, BB86 PressFit. Which of these will fit the hole in my frame after I get rid of my old bottom bracket? Are all holes the same nowadays? What's the difference of these things?
PS: I do have a wrench but I understand I'd need a special adapter in order to attach the bottom bracket. Do they send that adapter with the bottom bracket or is there a universal one I'd have to purchase elsewhere? I'd need to get my current bottom bracket out before I do anything else anyway.

An internet trawl suggests that that the 2011/12 Kuota bikes had a BB30 bottom bracket specification

However if you are in any doubt I'd suggest you get a local LBS to confirm before you splash the cash on a power2max0
