Does anybody know any 650×23 turbo tyres and if so if they're any good?

    Pretty sure there aren't any. Just use a 650 road tyre.

    I never bother with turbo tyres and I do a lot of turbo in the winter.

    If you add up the cost of wheel and block and turbo tyre - you could buy a few decent normal tyres.

    Just use old normal tyres. "Turbo" tyres have only been around for, say, the past 10 years and everyone seemed to cope well enough before (and still nowadays, bizarrely).......
