I know I asked something along these lines a while back, but my search string skills are failing me...

So firstly, how often do people typically replace their insoles? I have had mine for about 3 seasons now, Spesh Blue, and have noticed they are quite well fitted regarding contouring my feet. Wondered if it was time to replace

If a replacement is on the cards, then what do people recommend? I think it is down to 3 potential contenders

- Spesh
- Superfeet Carbon
- Sole Thin Sport

Does anyone prefer one over the other, or is it much of a muchness?
