Having made a disastrously premature decision selling my old R3 in thinking I was going to go down the custom titanium route, only to realise that my growing family needs wouldn't be able to finance such a build, I have built this Boardman.

Frame: Boardman SLR 9.8 Elite - purchased from Boardman direct.

Groupset: SRAM Red 2016. Chainset Rotor 3d with 53/39 Q rings.

Wheels: Mavic Kysrium SL

Seat post and Stem: Deda Superzero (Post carbon, stem alloy)

Saddle: Fizik Antares 00

Bars: Fizik Cayano

Others: Rotor Ceramic BB, Lizard Skin tape, K-edge Garmin mount, Garmin vector pedals.

Weight is 6.9kg

Everyone waxes lyrical about their own builds so I hold off giving a ride report - I'm extremely happy though!

    Bump!!
Sorry to bump this but this bike is up for sale and I'll stick an ad up in the classifieds.
Hardly used it this year as i've started TT'ing and not looked back. I'm selling it to help fund an upgrade on my TT steed.
If there is any interest in the bike or components then please get in touch.
These wheels have already been sold.
    Thank you.
