London Cycling Routes?

Hi everyone, I recently got into road cycling (got all the gear now) and I was wondering what are some good routes around London ? I live in Canning Town so I usually make my way to the Olympic park but it's really not that big and It's quite boring to go around it 20 times, honestly. The roads around this area aren't great either !

So do you know any routes (30+ miles) I could take on :) ?

    Forget London, you're not far from ilford so head that way then out towards Hainault then into ongar/Epping.
