Zipp SL70 aero bars help with internal cable routing

Got some Zipp SL70 aero bars which allow internal routing of cables but as Zipp is owned by SRAM the holes suit SRAM not my shimano meaning the brake cable needs to have a tight bend and go over the top of the bar to fit into the hole.
Is this usual - anyone got mechanical shifters and fitted these bars with internal routing with success. ?
Any help appreciated

Trying to get one bikes at home, i'm away. This could all be solved if you could alter which side the cables come out of the STI0

Swap the left and right STI's over then ? ;-)0
