Buying a 2nd hand R3..rear carbon dropouts seem to be an issue.. would the frame still be covered if bought complete bike 2nd hand

    By covered do you mean does the warranty apply? If so then no, Cervelo's warranty (common with most others) is that it's the original owner only.
