Hi,

Im looking a buying a new mountain bike as I have just got into it again after a few years off. Everything seems to have changed since i last rode so don't really know whats what. I've sold a motorbike so have around £2000 to spend and would like to get a new bike rather than second hand.

I've got my eye on this giant trance as there is a good dealer up the road from me. I think they maybe on sale soon with the new models coming out but the dealer didn't know when so they're offering free pedals, shoes and helmet etc instead.

What are your thoughts? Any better bikes out there for the money?

Thanks

I'll be riding trail centres mostly. Sherwood Pines at least once a week as its local and occasionally go further to dalby etc. Maybe some general riding around the peak district too. Thanks for the link to pauls cycles. Certainly worth a look! :D

Trance is a superb choice. I can't think of anything better at that price.
