Chris King R45 Wheel Bearings Adjustment

Anyone have any experience adjusting wheel bearings on these hubs? I noticed some side to side movement on my new wheels after a couple hundred miles and have found out that Chris King hubs bed in and need adjusting.
Ive managed to do the front wheel which was fairly simple but have no clue how to do the rear wheel even after consulting the Chris King web user manual.
Any help from someone with experience of these hubs would be much appreciated,
