Help clarifying a Retül fit measurement

Trying to get my bike back to its 'settings' after it got transported and not put back exactly as was.

The handlebar reach is noted as the measurement "tip of saddle to bar top". Does anyone know if this means the rear edge, centre or front edge of the bar top?

I'd have said to the centre of the bar?
