Hi All,
I am a armature cyclist from India, I am looking for a bike to purchase. I like riding a road bike but not much in racing
I got a offer form one of the local shop
the description of bike is as below
Specialized Tarmac Comp 2013
Complete Ultegra Groupset 10 Speed
DT-Swiss Wheels
and rest of the complete components except pedals
They are offiring it to me at 2500 USD
considering 50% custom Duty in India
Please let me know is it a good offer to buy it considering high prices of 2016 bike at around 4250 USD
Also I would like to know how much difference would it make to me between 2013 and 2016 bike
