Don't buy one unless it's very heavily discounted. They're very over priced. Don't be fooled in to thinking the extra cost is for a quality British product, the frame is made In Taiwan.

Thanks for the heads up! Didn't realise they were 1x10 either until I read spec better!

Seen a mid season Whyte 905 RS Yari for same price so that's pretty tempting or we are just patient and wait on the Zero AM in September!

Think I'm going to just wait... the AM just looks like a proper machine and loved it as soon as I saw it! Just got to be patient!

For forestry tracks a Voodoo Bizango at a fraction of the price will do a better job.
  • Why do you say that? Because it's a 29?

The Bizango is a perfectly competent bike and a 29er will roll along forestry tracks better than any other wheel size.

The Crush or Bird are very over biked for just trundling through a forest!
Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.
