    Boardman was replaced by David Millar on the highlights show yesterday, presumably this is why.

    Boardman has written a great tribute to her quoted in that article. What a character she was, and what a loss to the family.

    It's life fella. I know nothing of the circumstances but whenever a cyclist is in collision with a motor vehicle there will only ever be one loser, it's a case of how big a defeat it is though.
    As for losing your mother, it's horrible but that is the way it should be, not the other way around. That is infinitely more tragic/horrible.
    RIP Mrs Boardman.
