Camelback compatable drinks ?

I'm not a massive fan of plain water and when I ride I clearly don't drink enough because my Camelback is full of just water.
I used High5 Zero etc when I used water bottles on my CX bike, but I understand that some drinks can mess up a Camelback bladder.
From what I've read, as long as the drink/tabs etc are sugar free and I keep up with the cleaning regime, the bladder should remain undamaged ?
What do you guys put in you hydration bladder ?

High5, sometimes Gatorade, if even had a fizzy Lucozade sport type thing once, a bit uncomfortable through as the bladder inflated into a round shape!Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0

You can use anything in a camelbak as long as you thoroughly clean it the same day and make sure you clean the mouth piece as well.
I've even had proper rough Somerset scrumpy in mine.Transition Patrol - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=130702350 -

Prevents the growth of mold in the bladder.Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0

It helps stops mould and other nasties forming. I just wash the mouthpiece occasionally.
I empty mine, let it drain for a few hours and freeze. I have one bladder I've used for 6 or 7 years that's still fine. But I never use anything except water.
Just make sure most of the water has drained out of the tap, or it expands and it's goodbye tap.I don't do smileys.

I use drinks in mine, so flush with water, wipe dry inside as much as I can, leave the cap off and leave in the conservatory to dry....no issues.Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0
