Morning all,
In the office for a bit at the moment, off to Bicester shortly to see a customer. Deep joy. Hoping for a short meeting and getting away quickly as it won't be very exciting. Was hoping for a detour to go and see the boy but that doesn't look possible, shame. Better crack on and finish what I need to do before I leave.

    Verexiter?
The above may be fact, or fiction, I may be serious, I may be jesting.
I am not sure. You have no chance.

I wish it had been cancelled, then I wouldn't have this fuzzy feeling in my head.

I wish I could employ unemployed immigrants @50p per hour so that the chores would get done thereby allowing me to get out and pedal a bit sooner.

VN not hungover today? Are you ill?

How much do you pay your Czech au pair out of interest?

Not much to report today other than dealing with sales idiots. This evening will be better as I'm off out.

Much better day. Sun was out, wind dropped, and manflu easing off a bit. Tidied up garden this morning, for council bin collection tonight. Scrapped a heap of timber offcuts from workshop, half to neighbour for firewood, the other half not safe to burn so went in the other neighbour's bin as they're overseas for a few weeks.

Still time for a wine or two tonight I think.

watching the Tour, wishing Kirby would become a mute. Off for a ride later with coq au vin for dinner. Though I will be cooking, the Date really can't cook.

That means it's either below the minimum wage or payment in pork.

Wouldn't that just double the "undisclosed fee"?

fuck me the official tour thread is kinda funny then just depressing. people just rinse and repeat,Nobody thinks oh this happened, it is poor but how do we improve it, zero ideas beyond the dramatic, which they would all cry about if they went/there was no atmosphere.

Ps my ideas, meh its a lucky rarity, suck it up and go for a run
reduce the number of photo motos, also create a rule regarding them stopping (or not) if the driver is in the wrong place he just has to go and the photographer loses his moment tough shit.
An arrow head of police bikes to bash people out the way, the bashing happened at times today,
Ticket the event in such a location (banning cars/campers etc) then use a rope down the road, easier and cheaper than proper barriers, anyone on the wrong side prior to the race moments can be fined by a policeman, use the local rather than the Gendarme for this.

No solution is perfect, apart from our like BB group, perfection doesn't exist and even then we are just imperfection perfected

Other ideas welcome, such as go to Fort William and watch a real crash, visit the 6 days in Ghent and get drunk, go CX and get drunk
