A slightly unrelated moan about that Audi paperwork. "Guest" shouldn't that be "customer" or "driver" or "phucktard", why on earth would you call them a guest?

The mystery is hinted at when you see the spelling - 'curb' and 'liter'.

If you are going to be a pedant then do it properly please.
...take your pickelf on your holibobs.... :D

It's all part of the service culture that seems to be pervading everything. It's like when you fill out a short questionnaire at the hospital which is trying to ascertain what you thought of the 'service'. It's a Hospital ffs, not a Hotel.

That gets on my tits too. That and the blizzard of emails imploring me to review my latest online purchases, however trivial / banal. just how much do they want me to write about an inner tube??

And the tendency for every company, whatever they do or sell, to call themselves something or other SOLUTIONS...

I had this on Saturday - "Would you recommend us to your friends or family?" - Yes, I wish my family to become ill so they have to spend 4 hours in a hospital on a Saturday. Eejits who come up with these surveys

And some people take these emails as demands rather than optional. Hence the number of 5 star Amazon reviews that say "I bought this for my husband, he thinks it's great"

Indeed, presumably use of the word guest is a directive from on high. Does whichever genius that came up with that idea think the customer will feel any less violated when they fleece him as he collects his car. They said he was a guest so he was welcome there and they will look after him, had he been a mere customer they would have felt dirty dealing with him and would overcharge him. Incorrect spelling is comparatively trivial.

They have to do them. Healthcare is all about choice, you know? (Please don't get me started)

Erm...so what's the point of getting a Pokemon thingy by waving your phone around? How does the player benefit?

And is this a craze that is starting off with young men with ironic beards and skinny jeans? If so, come the revolution...

OK, so following a bout of "catching" with a friend's kids while walking the dog I've got hooked. Dang nab it.
However, I've now got a 5 minute window to climb to the top of a hill and back down again, so its pushing my interval training some!
Intent on Cycling Commuting on a budget, but keep on breaking/crashing/finding nice stuff to buy.
    Bike 1 (Broken) - Bike 2(Borked) - Bike 3(broken spokes) - Bike 4( Needs Work) - Bike 5 (in bits) - Bike 6* ...
