Hi there I got a orro witch is fitted with a token bottom bkt pf30 to shimano. it's had its day and time to change not lasted very long. I've been looking at the fsa pf30 threaded adapters there's two types a plastic type and a aluminium one.my concerns on the plastic one is when I remove bb next time will the threads still be ok as they very fine and plastic.any one used these and your input would be most helpful

What are you trying to adapt it to? Avoid using plastic shims, they don't work. Well they do, but only to make the cranks fit and you'll lose watts as a consequence and have lots of noise. If you want to make your PF30 take a GXP axle or whatever, get the proper press fit adapter. There are stacks of them out there.I ride a bike. Doesn't make me green or a tree hugger. I drive a car too.0
