Cassette swap over - 1st gear

Hi all I've just put my 10 speed cassette on a 11 speed hub. I had one washer (thick) not sure of exact size but hopefully you get the gist of what I mean.

The cassette has tightened up fine and all except 1st gear are fine. 1st clicks as if not engaged correctly

Am I missing a spacer? Thin one?
