Come back when you can make videos like this.
Here's a couple lads from my local trails.

Do you see where you're going wrong? Average riding, badly filmed and just boring to watch.Transition Patrol - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=130702350 -

I thought you might like an example of a good video and good riding since you have no Idea about either.
That video was filmed on my local trails, they're not great trails, the hill is only 200 metres high. Yet they've made a video ten times better than you can manage on the best trails in the world.Transition Patrol - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=130702350 -

Nice apart from the horribly predictable music. Wish I could ride like that. All the gear, no idea and loving the smell of jealousy in the morning.

Living literally a few minutes ride from the best downhill trails in southern England has helped him a lot I think.
I've ridden with both of them and they're absolutely nuts.Transition Patrol - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=130702350 -

I don't think I'd ever be able to ride like that even if I was 20 and lived in Bike Park Wales! All the gear, no idea and loving the smell of jealousy in the morning.

You'd be surprised. Riding regularly and with better riders makes your riding improve fast and gives you confidence to follow them in to huge jumps.Transition Patrol - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=130702350 -

I bet I could get you jumping 10 foot gaps on your xc bike in a day with nothing more than the promise of a good pint.
I've went from hating gaps to clearing 30 foot in an afternoon just by riding with the right people. I've cleared a 45 foot canyon gap just by following the right person and knowing he could do it (and back flip it).Transition Patrol - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=130702350 -
I go to Cornwall now and again to see family. So maybe we'll find out one day. But don't hold your breath, I'm the king of the chicken run.I don't do smileys.

You should stop at Gawton in Devon on your way down. Proper Job is a great trail for jumps. HSD is pretty cool as well. Take a look at the Super Tavi ladder drop if you're feeling brave, it's a lot easier than it looks.
