Ultegra 6800 Di2 vs Mech weight difference

Can anyone tell me roughly the weight difference between 6800 Di2 and mechanical? pricing up a build and not sure its worth the weight penalty. Frame is Sworks tarmac...

    About 100 grams in favour of mechanical.

    But if you include the shifters - which you should - then they are lighter than mechanical....

    I'd not decide on the basis of weight tbh,,

    I take it you mean cables as shifters are included in both. Have a click on the link, it says that the cables plus junction box weigh about the same as mechanical cabling.

    Agree with you on the weight front though.
