Plouay in the Morbihan is quite good, but you've missed the PLB (Callac) and the Bernard Hinault (Morlaix).

La Ronde Picarde http://www.grandtrophee.fr/epreuve.php?C=12 on 10 September. From the same folk as the Marmotte. Only on the edge of Normandy though.0

Hi Bernie
Do you mean it's a good event or it's a good course? Heading that way on holiday next week and might try and beg off enough time to ride the route if it's worthwhile. Otherwise it looks like I'll be stuck on pan flat roads trying to find a TT position on my frankenbike that I can hold for more than 10 minutes....0 -

They seem to change the course a bit each time, but it's quite pleasant countryside roads, good quality, although not closed to traffic unlike the others (unless they changed that from last time I did it). Hilly, but short sharp hills, nothing long. Well organised, but as with many other areas, the French have been slow to embrace the internet, and details are scarce, but I did find this;
