How long till Ribble ship a product out?

Its been three days since I placed an order through Ribble with no email to confirm shipping. I regularly order from Chain reaction, Competitive cyclist, and Jenson USA with product being shipped within 24 hours. Is this normal for Ribble? I'm a new customer based in the U.S.

    I would ask Ribble themselves instead of us lot.....

    I've found Ribble to be the most variable of the lot. Not sure they send emails saying when stuff is dispatched? Sometimes they surprise me with a delivery in 48 hours, others they still haven't shipped it 4 days after ordering. They are however often the cheapest, so I'm happy to factor in their random approach to dispatching stuff.

    The one time I had to return something to them (rear wheel; freehub had a chunk out of it in transit) they organised the collection / replacement very quickly.

    Only used them a few times but seem to remember them taking a few days longer than CRC, Wiggle etc.
