Wheel upgrades

Can anyone recommend a good wheel set that would be an upgrade from standard giant pr-1 on tcr 2 advanced. I have been looking at fulcrum quattro LG, Easton ea 70, and ultegra. Kinetic one look amazing for the price too but don't know much about them . I am not going to be racing I just want to improve bike as back wheel has pot hole damage so want to repair bike and upgrade at the same time. Cheers.

    250 ish . Kinetic one k1-33 are currently half price at 196 . Also Do a hand built k1-40s at 255. I don't how these compare with the other makes I have mentioned. Cheers
