    Have you tried reloading the e-Tube software? Can you try it from another computer? Worth a go. Also might be worth trying another BCR2, if a mate has one or take to your local bike shop to see if they can connect...

    I'm not sure what 'paralell plesk' is, but if you are running eTube in a virtual environment you have to find a way to connect a physical USB port to the virtual.

    Easiest to try and borrow any old Windows lap top and work from there.

    What is it exactly you're trying to accomplish (charging, using Project eTubes, both) and what is your hardware/software setup?

    I presume that you are using parallels on a mac to set this up. you will have real problems with the USB connection. I would find a Windows laptop.
