Ultegra reach adjustment plastic screw

Hi, I'm looking for a little advice if anyone can help. I have just purchased a new road bike and found the reach adjustment screw on the one Ultegra 6800 lever has rounded out (they are plastic!). Has anybody had any experience in fixing this problem? i.e. How to get the broken screw out?

(Don't want to take it back to the bike shop as its a 6 hour round trip).

Thats the part you'll need, should be easy enough to get out.

Not sure there is much the bike shop can do except the above (at your cost)
