Heard a rumour that Shimano have put up wholesale prices by a whopping 20% this morning. If you've been umming and ahring about something shiney, better be quick while pounds still count.

PANIC!!

Bike-discount last week stopped taking GBP as well, you had to pay in EUR, possibly as they couldn't keep pace with the dropping £. Haven't looked to see if its back.

20% is clearly profiteering as the £ has only dropped by about 10% against the USD and a bit less against the EUR (as we've dragged it down with us).
Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.
