My Michilin Pro4 has a big hole in it from some glass so not really useable anymore. Now the OCD in me says they must match, but does it actually make any odds? Or am I get being stupid

Why would you not replace like for like, and so they also match?WyndyMilla Massive Attack | Rourke 953 | Condor Italia 531 Pro | Boardman CX Pro | DT Swiss RR440 Tubeless Wheels

I also have a Pro4 SC with a sliced sidewall. Just ordered another one. I do like them to match.
But in terms of performance it doesn't matter at all, and if it was on a commuting bike I'd just be shopping for the cheapest.0 -
What Pro4 is it? I've been pleased with the Service Course.WyndyMilla Massive Attack | Rourke 953 | Condor Italia 531 Pro | Boardman CX Pro | DT Swiss RR440 Tubeless Wheels

So was I till it exploded. Actually, I've ordered the Pro4 Endurance to replace it; looks like the sidewalls have a bit more protection. Hopefully nobody will read the small print and they'll look the same...0

It was an endurance. the glass went in just off centre. was a big old chunk to be fair, 6mm hole with some extra ones on the edge of it so it started to buldge around the cut. Ill get another on order had no problems bar this glass.0
