Fulcrum red power hp vs sunringle black flag pro vs charger comp vs custom wheels on arch ex rims

Hello, everyone! I decided to upgrade my stock wheel set to reduce bike weight and add more stiffness to rims. I can order sunringle charger comp for 210$, Fulcrum red power hp for around 250$, sunringle black flag pro for 290$, or order arch ex rims, dt champion spokes and novatec hubs for custom wheel set (around 220$ total). My weight is around 85kg, and i need front hub for 15mm axle. From those options, which is preferable?
