Looking for "how to" videos on overhauling 1990s Shimano thumbshifters

I've got an old MTB with the thumb levers (labelled "Shimano SIS System") that need a good servicing but cant find much on Youtube that is of any use to me.

They are the sort with a single lever that simply turns on an indexed pivot, not the type with both an up and down trigger shifting mechanism.

If anyone has any videos or links to text-based advice pages that would be much appreciated.
