Specialized Diverge vs Cannondale CAADX

Hi

I ride mainly on the roads, but would like the flexibility to carry panniers and do some touring, and to ride on some light off-road tracks.

I cycle regularly, but for leisure and fitness, not competition.

Does anyone own/have any thoughts on which of the following might be the best choice?
