So being on the wrong side of the base layer / bib discussion last week, I'm slightly scared to post this. But it's the internet and hopefully I'm anonymous, so embarrassment will only be fleeting.
Do you wear underwear with your padded bib shorts? I have been, but struck me the other day it not be necessary as it was getting caught and I suffered a self inflicted wedgie.

Cycle shorts (and more specifically the pad) are designed to be worn next to the skin.0

I usually use bike foil/skin instead of underwear when wearing bib shorts.0

I shall direct my eldest son to these threads. He insists on wearing his pants under his cycling shorts despite all my suggestions to the contrary. A bit of public ridicule may persuade him where parental advice has failed...0

Possibly even more unforgivable than wearing y-fronts under your kilt.0
