    Remember when mopeds used to have to have pedals - so we had what were small motorcycles like the FS1E, AP50, SS50 with a set of pedals on them - they are about as much a bicycle as that thing above.

    In the UK there are rules. Something like No power unless pedalling or max speed of 15mph. Anything above that is classed as a motorised bike I think.

    Sometimes I get above 15mph*. Does that make me and my bike a taxable vehicle?
