Hi to everybody:
I'm thinking of buying a new MTB bike and I'm not sure which one:
+ Scott Scale 760: http://www.scott-sports.com/global/en/products/241278/scott-scale-760-bike/
+ Birk Ride 2016: http://www.birk.no/birk-ride-2039
The prices for both bikes are similar: 13000 NOK (which indicates which is my budget)
I am simple amateur cyclist, I bike twice / three times a week with my main goal is Birkebeinerritet (a Norwegian race over 90 km)
Thanks for the help

Never heard of a Birk but it has by far the better parts. Still seems very expensive for what it is though.I don't do smileys.

For around £1K (pre yesterday's crash) a carbon frame with Axon forks looks pretty darn good to me.Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0

Rereading the odd language, that's true. Decent bits and reasonably light.I don't do smileys.
