Hello guys,
since summer just started, I like to know if you have some kind of workout program for mountain biking. What should one do besides riding obviously? I'd like to know how I can improve my overall fitness for mtb if I can't go on a ride.

TRX ropes are good for core and overall strength. I also do plyometric training which helps. e.g. http://youtu.be/Y8mvMLg_wDc

HIT works for me, freeletics, madbarz to name a few if you don't like being in the gym
