Tektro Auriga Comp not touching rotor

After cleaning my bike and removing the rear wheel, the pads on my tektro Auriga Comp now barely touches the rotor. I took care not to get any oil etc on the pads or the rotor. With the wheel reinstalled, the pads barely touch the rotor, and take a long time to stop. I tried taking th pads out and putting them back again, but to no avail. The pads are starting to wear, but it stopped fine before I cleaned the bike. Any ideas on how to fix it? Its probably a rookie error - I have little experience with disc brakes.

Thanks in Advance

Either use them a bit, or hold the brake on with a rubber band overnight and the pads/pistons should adjust themselves.

Thanks for the help, it seems to have sorted itself out now.
