How many links in the chain do I need

Going from ultegra 50/34 to 53/39 -11/28 would like to no how many links I would need in the chain I've got a new dura ace chain to go on the new set this is ultegra di2 on a derosa superking

Route the chain big big without the rear mech, add one inner and one outer. If in doubt read the manual on the shimano website0

I used the equation method below on a new rear wheel after I destroyed a rear by putting the RD through the spokes as a result of chain-jamming due to insufficient length after I inadvertently changed to big/big. It was a warranty-replacement frame and I hadn't realized they had changed the geometry - longer chainstays - and it caught me out.
