SRAM Red 22 and Q rings

I've built up a boardman SLR 9.8 with Sram Red 22 and Q rings.
Although it was the first time I've installed the 22 Yaw system front derailleur, it was a simple enough process, but I can't for the life of me get the system to run without some chain rubbing.
I even gave it to a LBS to have a pop and, although he said he'd fixed it, it still rubs.
I have to accept chain rubbing on either 53x11 or 53x28.
Anyone else had issues with Sram Red 22 and Q rings giving chain rub?
The Q rings are new and 11 speed versions. The crankset was installed as per Rotor instructions - as was the Sram groupset.
Thank you.
S

Not a great help but I was reading this the other day so at least you know it is possible!

I run Rotor Aero Q rings with SRAM Force 22 on one bike (2015 braze on SRAM Force 22 FD) and SRAM Rival 22 on another (2010 SRAM Force 22 FD). I will get chain rub in the extreme of chain angle and whilst it is possible with time to minimize it, it does make shifting on the front stiff. I don't cross chain, despite SRAM making it possible, so chain rub doesn't become an issue.
I ride a bike. Doesn't make me green or a tree hugger. I drive a car too.
