I am about to build a single speed fixed wheel bike for commuting and would like some advise on what wheels to use. I have narrowed my search down to 3. Navigator street .,espresso ( with novoteck hubs) and Miche track wheeks but with braking surface on front rim. Dose anyone have experience with any of the above or could recommend which is the best value and also which has best build quality. Many thanks.

Got mine from off the peg from V-Sprint. They've been bombproof so far and V-Sprint were very easy to deal with.
    Kinesis Racelite 4s disc
    Kona Paddy Wagon
Canyon Roadlite Al 7.0 - reborn as single speed!
Felt Z85 - mangled by taxi.
  • +1 for the V-Sprint Wheels.

I have had a rear from there for about 2 years and have recently got a Front wheel from there.

They cope with a serious amount of abuse I give them.

Here is the link for them - http://v-sprint.com/product/carbon-allo ... ck-wheels/

I have had quango hubs in the past and wasn't very impressed with them, but thats only my opinion.
The doctor said I needed to start drinking more whiskey. Also, I’m calling myself ‘the doctor’ now
