I run 25mm tyres. The options when buying tubes for said wheels, seem to be 20 - 25mm, or 25 - 32mm.
Which ones should I go for and why?

I would get the 20-25mm tube if they are your choices. I have always gone for the smaller as it always annoys me trying to stuff all that extra tube in small tyres, and it saves a bit of weight.
Someone told me once that you are less likely to get pinch flats using a smaller tube, not sure if that is true or not though. Suppose there is less extra tube in the wheel?!0 -
20 - 25, easier to get in, may weigh less (negligable)Rose Xeon CDX 3100, Ultegra Di2 disc (nice weather)
Ribble Gran Fondo, Campagnolo Centaur (winter bike)
Van Raam 'O' Pair
Land Rover (really nasty weather )0 -
As above, always go smaller as easier to fit.Condor Super Acciaio, Record, Deda, Pacentis.

Genesis Datum Gravel Bike, Pacentis (again).
