Middle chain ring - 33T

Any suggestions for a replacement 33T middle chainring, please?
Replacing the chain and cassette on my bike has highlighted excessive wear on the middle ring (SRAM S-1250 chainset).
Genuine SRAM rings are silly expensive.
Alternatively, if I replace the whole chainset with a new SLX or XT one will I still be able to use the SRAM shifter for the front mech or will the spacing be different?

You can use the same shifter and mech for a new crankset, no issue.
If it's normal 4-arm 104bcd why not just use a 32t which are common as muck.Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0 -
