2.5mm 1/4" square drive torque wrench bit
Hi all,
I'm looking for a 2.5mm allen key bit for my BBB torque wrench (http://bbbcycling.com/accessories/tool-boxes/BTL-73). It has a 1/4" square drive. So far the best solution I've found involves buying 2 different kits, one of which has a 1/4 square to hex adaptor, and the other of which has a 2.5mm hex bit, but I'm hoping someone has spotted one bit or at least kit that will do the job?

What are you torquing with a 2.5mm bit? It can't be anything too tight at that size. Are you sure your torque wrench is accurate at that end of the scale? I'd just go finger tight with that size fastenings.

Adjustment cone on a hub... No you're right actually, lower limit is 2nm and I need 1.1nm. Firm but not ridiculously so using the short end of the allen key as the lever sound about right?0 -
1.1Nm is about 370 grams of force 30cm away from the axis which is about 1 tin of beans (420grams) about 25cm away. If you can imagine that then you'll be in the right ball park. :-)
