Le Pont de Claix – Superdevoluy 151km

All to race for on the final day, some hellish climbing on the Col du Noyer, 4km at over 10% should bring the race alive

Early start today for the race and already underway
More attacks and more chasing. This time Jérôme Coppel (IAM Cycling) and Dani Navarro (Cofidis) go clear and are chased by Bartosz Huzarski (Bora-Argon 18).

"Navarro is the first to the top of the côte de Monteynard but a group of chasers is only 25 seconds back with the peloton breathing down their necks. "

Again, they are on the slowest race schedule. 35kph.
    Good for coverage.

Break currently at 1'45". Sky won't have to do all the work here. They will get help from EQS since they'll want to give Dan Martin a chance of a podium finish and maybe have Alapillipe in mind for the stage.

    Which channel?
Rai Sport 1 are due now, but I read the earliest live coverage is 1.45pm CET.
In any case, at their current speed, we should get some of the first 1st cat climb as well.

Wanty also pulled out Gasparotto and Thurau for MPCC cortisol rule reasons.

That was just when live video would be first available - when the various channels choose to start is up to them. In reality it doesn't seem to always happen at the stated time.

Funny, cycling news saying it's super fast, 38-39kph. It's not exactly flat either

Daniel Teklehaimanot took 1 point at the Côte de Saint-Laurent-du-Cros and leads the KOM classification now, just ahead of Pinot.

Only about 30-35 riders left in the yellow jersey group, but Sky have almost a full compliment.
Stannard is still there and Etix are giving them an armchair ride.
