Club ride, is it on is it off, whose weather report shall we believe? Change route/plan?

Nah lets just delay the start and the inevitable drowning in a deluge. Anyway I'm in and shall let you know how we got on later.

Intermittent rain here as well is holding me up, I was already to go at 8 o'clock only for the heavens to open up and a heavy downpour

After this weeks shenanigans, some sunburn (despite SPF40), a load of shifting stuff, some demolition work, lots of pedalling in the heat, I cba today. Toots will need some exercise but they seem to be content for now.

Engerlaaaand later, if I can be bothered.

Day started out fine. Ride, coffee, lunch, then dodged rain on the way back. But mainly a good thing.

All Black v Wales in town tonight. Rowdy!

Sport all day and in the evening too. Bit of the test match this afternoon plus some cycling followed by tonights football. A few of the lads I used to play with have organised a bbq and then going to watch the game in the pub that used to sponsor us. Much beer will be consumed and sh1te talked no doubt. Tomorrows cycling has already been pushed back to the pm.

started with the rugby as the rain is constant, sent the Date shopping, may do some chore type stuff around the place, like sorting the bike room/office

Been running around like a blue armed fly getting ready for the in-laws descending tomorrow and not finished yet. Off out for a beer in The Big Smoke with a mate to hopefully watch the Engerland game on a decent sized screen - with pub grub. Hopefully more civilised than Marseilles.

Early morning 120k ride and got back home just before the heavens opened. Feeling rather content with heavy aching legs.

Curry later with my better half and teen daughter out tonight.

Looks like Stevo doesn't know his aris from his elbow. ;-)
TRaditional slow start was had, then doing a couple of little odd jobs. Then helped to get the bunting up ready for the street party tomorrow. Fininshed at the pub end of the street so seeing as it's thirsty work we thought we'd better have a pint. Well we had to go in as it was the landlord's ladder so it would be rude not to have a drink. Found out the landlord has got the mayor coming over to officially open our street party tomorrow, asked how he managed it and he said it's because he was in having a pint on Friday. Then popped round the corner to a mate's for a beer. Tough day.

Excellent day of sun, picnics and quests with bambino while bambina was at music, now about to have a pastis while curled up on the couch with The Hound while wTching the footy.

Sold my BMX which was a shame but has financed new shifters for N2 bike :)

Feckin autocorrect. Been into town to see the footy while supping cider with an old mate over from Spain. Will arrive home.to face the wrath of the miserable cow....on the plus side I've got a possible buyer for The Bruiser so my n+1 plan might start moving.

What haven't you done or should have done but didn't know about it until you got the silent treatment/folded arms and then was reminded but you forgot and she hadn't?
