... Do you eat on your usual ride?

My midweek ride is typically 15-20 miles and tonight I ate in excess of 30 bastard flies :(

    None. I wear one of those Peter storm multi headwear jobs. (Elasticated tube of fabric basically.)

    Little warmer but can breath through the mouth and never eat a bug.
