... Do you eat on your usual ride?

My midweek ride is typically 15-20 miles and tonight I ate in excess of 30 censored flies :(

    Just got back after a quick 30 miler and i don't feel hungry. That gives you an idea of how many I've eaten tonight, plus got assaulted by a dirty great bee. Must learn to keep mouth firmly shut and head down.

    None. I wear one of those Peter storm multi headwear jobs. (Elasticated tube of fabric basically.)

    Little warmer but can breath through the mouth and never eat a bug.

    To hot last night to wear anything over face / mouth let alone a buff.
