Measurements for Castelli arm skins

Can't find measurements for these online, even on Catelli's website. Wanting length and width at both ends. Anyone got these - I'm looking at L or XL.

    I've got some size XL (everything Castelli makes comes up very small) NanoFlex arm-warmers. They are 52cm long, 30cm in circumference at the bicep end and 18cm in circumference at the wrist end. They are pretty long, but size L was too tight and restrictive for my tastes. They fit comfortably over my 34cm bicep, and I roll up the wrist end to get the right length. Hope that helps.

    My Bicep is only 30cm, and my arm is only 42 cm long, so I could probably manage with the L size (unless I get replies to the contrary).

    I've got the Thermoflex & Nanoflex arm warmers. I found the Thermoflex ones to be quite a bit shorter.
