Bikes under a grand

I'm looking for a bike under £1000 that fits a certain spec. I have found one, but it isn't available on the Halfords cycle to work scheme, so I'm wondering if anyone has seen an equivilient. I have the following requirements.
1. Drop bar bike
2. Hydraulic disk brakes
3. Mudguard and pannier eyelets
4. Double chainset (it could be single, but must be a minimum 50t chainring
The rest of the components and frame I'm flexible on. Planet X have the London Road which meets the spec exactly, but according to Halfords Cycle to work scheme, none of their IBD affiliated retailers deal with Planet X, so I can't have that one. Boardman do a Team Cyclocross bike which almost matches the spec, but it has a single 44t chainring on it and that is the biggest chainring available. The Boardman also only has one set of eyelets on the rear stays, so I can't have mudguards and pannier unless I put it through the wheel and attach with an extra long quick release.
Has anyone seen anything that might fit my requirement elsewhere?
Thanks

Don't Evans do one under the Pinnicle brand?0

That looks spot on. Thank you. I bet because it's Evans own brand I get the same reply from Halfords as the Planet X, but it has to be worth a try!0
