Kili flyer project!

So I'm starting to get moving with my planned upgrades and additions to my 2015 Kili flyer 121.
Plan is to upgrade everything with quality components until I'm happy with them, then upgrade the frame and build it off the Kili should then have a nice pile of stuff to go back on the Kili to give someone a nice deal.
So far, wider bars and a shorter stem. Can't believe how much difference this has made to the handling!
I've also just asked my LBS to order my new wheels. Hope pro4 hubs, tech enduro rims. Should be good! Also have a set of schwalbe hand dampf evo tyres on the way, and maybe a tubeless kit.
Next will be pike rct3 forks reduced, for now, to 140mm, then an XT 1x11 groupset and hope brakes. At that point I should be happy.... For now!
